These services operate Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.The buses are not always a branded Bayhopper or Cityride bus - see table below.
- Routes 102 and 105: Passengers change buses mid journey - please follow the instructions from your driver
- The buses on these services do not currently have wheelchair access

The Regional Tertiary/Commuter services are a joint venture between the University of Waikato, Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology and the Bay of Plenty Regional Council. Each organisation contributes funds to make the service available, along with a grant from Waka Kotahi (NZTA).
